Please ensure that you agree to the following terms and conditions before ordering your portrait.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon ordering your portrait.

Payment of the remaining amount is then due once you have approved the completed portrait.

Your portrait will be sent once the full payment has been received.

Standard completion time is 4-6 weeks from approving photograph(s) for a graphite pencil or charcoal portrait and 6-12 weeks from approving photograph(s) for an oil portrait. However this is subject to change at busy periods (Christmas etc).

You will be given a provisional completion time upon ordering, unless you have specified a date for completion, where I will confirm if that date is attainable.

All portraits will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

Postage and packaging is included in the price of the portrait.

Please notify me as soon as possible should you wish to cancel your portrait, you may do this by phone, post or email.

Your deposit will not be refunded.

Please note that all portraits produced are for personal use and not financial gain.

By submitting an order form for a portrait either electronically or by post you are agreeing that I retain full copyright and licensing rights to the artwork I create from the photograph(s) supplied by you allowing me to use the artwork in anyway I see fit for an indefinite period of time. This includes rights to displaying the image for advertising purposes and online.

Should you be unhappy with your portrait then you will incur no charge and I will retain the artwork and all copyright to that artwork as well as have the right to display and/or sell the artwork to a third party.

By sending me photograph(s) of your pet you are confirming that you either own the copyright to the photograph(s) or have gained permission and/or license from the copyright owner to grant me a license to use the photograph(s) in producing your portrait and in advertising material for an indefinite period of time.

Furthermore, by sending me photograph(s) by post or electronically you agree to indemnify me against any costs arising from claims made against me by persons claiming to own the copyright.

If you are not completely satisfied with your portrait and return it safely and undamaged within 7 days you will receive a refund of 75% of the total cost of the portrait.

Damaged portraits and/or those returned after 7 days will not be refunded.
