| WHAT MEDIUMS DO YOU WORK IN? |
I produce portraits in graphite pencil, charcoal or oils. |
| HOW DO I ORDER? |
You may order your portrait online using the online order form, by post using the printer friendly version of the online order form or you may ring me to discuss and make your order over the phone.
Once you have submitted your order and I have approved your photographs, I require a 25% deposit. |
| COMPLETION TIMES: |
Standard completion time is 4-6 weeks from approving photograph(s) for a graphite pencil or charcoal portrait and 6-12 weeks from approving photograph(s) for an oil portrait. However this is subject to change at busy periods (Christmas etc).
You will be given a provisional completion time upon ordering, unless you have specified a date for completion, where I will confirm if that date is attainable. |
| HOW DO I PAY? |
You may pay for your portrait online or by cheque (please make cheques payable to Vanessa Beverley – Jones) |
| HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? |
The time taken to complete a portrait is 4-6 weeks for a pencil/charcoal portrait and 6-12 weeks for an oil painting. |
| HOW IS IT DELIVERED? |
All portraits are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Postage and packaging is included in the price of the portrait. |
| I WOULD LIKE MORE THAN ONE PET IN MY PORTRAIT? |
It is possible to include additional pets in your portrait for an extra charge, please refer to the pricelist for more details. |
| DO YOU FRAME PORTRAITS? |
I do not frame my portraits. Pencil and charcoal portraits include a mount. |
